Dynavistics Finishes Strong Year with More Hiring

On the heels of recent announcements about the addition of new technology consultants, software developers, and internal accounting staff to the growing team at Dynavistics, we’re excited to introduce 2 new employees that will fill consultant and development positions. The recent spate of new hires marks a year of significant growth here at Dynavistics as we finish the year strong and continue that upward trend into 2018.

Mike Mozeko joins Dynavistics as a software developer and brings with him over 22 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP.  With an education background of computer science, information systems, and accounting, Mike specializes in building solutions for the Dynamics GP community with an eye towards streamlining business processes through technical simplicity.

On joining Dynavistics, Mike says, “I have always been an evangelist of Dynamics GP and over the years, I have watched what started as ‘Great Plains’ evolve from a desktop application to a global ERP solution – from floppy disks to shopping carts in the cloud.  Even today, my dedication to providing excellent solutions for Dynamics GP remains embedded in the original Great Plains Software spirit. With a wide range of products and diverse development projects, Dynavistics is the perfect fit as I continue my career and I look forward to the rewarding experience of building innovative solutions for our customers.”

In addition, Bill Brinner is joining Dynavistics with 17 years in the MBS partner channel and an additional 12 years of corporate accounting experience in both controller and CFO roles. As a Microsoft partner, Bill has held roles with large resellers like ePartners and Tribridge in addition to operating as an independent consultant.

In sharing his philosophy about software and technology, Bill says, “The keys to any successful consulting relationship are ingenuity, communication, and customer service. Clients’ trust must be earned through innovative solution delivery tailored to their needs and nothing else.”

Todd McDaniel, Partner at Dynavistics, explains the critical role that both employees will play in a company that’s growing dynamically and shows no signs of letting up. “We have a pipeline of new feature requests for our Trinity Distribution Suite which Mike will get right to work on alongside our existing development staff. In addition, we’ll be leveraging his strong development skills to tackle some of the custom coding and enhancement requests we’ve had from customers.”

In regard to Bill, Todd adds, “From his days behind the accounting desk, he brings a strong background in process analysis, separation of duties, training, and business analytics. In addition to jumping in with help on some of the existing and upcoming new software implementation projects we have, he’ll be working with our customers that have requested detailed business process reviews and software optimization to address bottlenecks and operational pain points.”

Together, these new hires deliver a balanced combination of technical development skills, business process knowledge, and deep experience with Dynamics GP that complement and round out the strong and growing team at Dynavistics.
